One-Time Registration Fee
A $50.00 non-refundable registration fee per child is charged during enrolment. The registration fee is a onetime fee paid on or before your child/children’s first lesson. If you re-enrol within 12 months of your previous cancellation date with OtterSwim, we may choose to waive this registration fee.
Payment System
OtterSwim’s fee structure is calculated on a ‘Cost per Lesson’ basis. It is based on 1 lesson per week. The two payment options available are monthly (3/4/5 lessons) or a full upfront payment for a term (10+2 replacements). For insurance purposes as well as to secure your training slot, we require all fees to be paid in advance. Payments by PayNow or InterBank Transfer are acceptable.
If you wish to cancel any other time during the term, you will be forfeited from the remaining lessons. Lessons are non-transferable and cannot be refunded or credited unless at fault by OtterSwim Aquatics.
Refund
There will strictly be no refund after payment is made.
