Term Package
To qualify for a make-up lesson
- OtterSwim must be notified prior to the class
- Medical Certificate must be presented
For the 1st and 2nd lessons a student missed, it will be automatically schedule on the 2 Replacement Lessons at the end of the term.
For the 3rd and subsequent lessons missed, please feel free to book on any weekdays.
Any lessons not completed within the term will be forfeited.
Otterswim reserves the right to replace any lessons cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Government Mandate School Closure) on replacement lesson/term break.
Students with no lessons scheduled on replacement week are welcome to join us as bonus lessons
Monthly Package
